Heavy tree cover changes color more than people expect. Greens read cooler, warm whites can look muddy, and a color that looked perfect in a showroom can go flat under a sycamore. We paint large sample areas on the actual house, on more than one elevation, and look at them in the morning and again in the late afternoon before you commit. Boxes and face frames are sprayed in place with the kitchen masked off. Between degreasing, sanding, priming, and cure time, a typical kitchen is about a week, and we leave you a usable sink and fridge for most of it.

More useful than a piece of paper is that we tell you the honest expected life of the system we are quoting, which varies a lot between a shaded north wall and a west facing garage door. If we think an elevation will need a touch up in a few years, we say so at the estimate rather than letting you find out on your own.
